1. Service Agreement

1.1 Accessibility: By booking a service with Atlanta Bin Busters, you agree to ensure your trash bins are accessible on the scheduled cleaning day. Bins must be curbside or in a visible, accessible location. If we cannot locate your bins, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot reach you, a trip fee may apply.

1.2 Water Usage: Our trucks are self-contained, carrying their own hot water supply. However, in rare instances or for large commercial jobs, we may require access to a water source on your property.

1.3 Condition of Bins: We maximize our cleaning efforts to remove all grime and debris. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of permanent stains, paint, or hazardous materials deemed unsafe for our equipment.

2. Payment & Cancellations

2.1 Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon completion of service for recurring commercial accounts. We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

2.2 Recurring Plans: If you select a recurring plan (Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual), you authorize us to charge your card on file for subsequent visits.

2.3 Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $15 cancellation fee.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Information We Collect: We collect personal information such as your name, address, email, and phone number solely for the purpose of providing our cleaning services and communicating with you regarding your appointment.

3.2 Data Usage: We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may use your email to send periodic updates about our services or special offers, from which you can opt-out at any time.

3.3 Security: We implement standard security measures to protect your personal data. Payment processing is handled securely through third-party encryption providers (Stripe/PayPal), and we do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Liability & Damages

Atlanta Bin Busters is not liable for existing damage to your bins. While we take every precaution, trash bins vary in age and durability. We are not responsible for normal wear-and-tear items such as broken lids or wheels that may occur during the standard handling process, though we handle every bin with care.
